Because The Good Fat Bars are a perishable and temperature sensitive food product, we cannot accept returns except for damaged product upon receipt of your order.
Damaged products must be returned within 21 days by following the instructions below.
How to Start the Return Process
Send an email to us at email@example.com. Tell us your name, order number, shipping address and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
Refunds are issued back to your original credit card used to purchase.
We suggest that customers pay for shipment tracking when returning a product to ensure we receive the package. The Good Fat Company is not responsible for lost packages during the return process.
All refunds will be issued only after returned product has been received in our warehouse.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
If you need to cancel an order, please call our customer service number at (248) 444-7572 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order to be eligible for a 100% refund. If we ship your order before being notified, you will have to pay the shipping costs.
The Good Fat Company reserves the right to decline a return if the terms and conditions stated in this policy have not been met.
